Brewlab: Eclipse (Cask Ale)

Описание

This Commonwealth Cask Ale gives a respectful nod to the traditional British Cask Ale style, but with a modern dry hop of a strain unique to the Commonwealth Nation of Australia. Eclipse has notes of sweet mandarin, zesty citrus peel and fresh pine, giving a bright lift to the pale ale malt body and finish, while the low carbonation of traditional cask ales allows the flavours to shine through. Respect tradition, embrace innovation.
