Imperial Stout aged nearly 30 months in a combination of Elijah Craig 18-Year Bourbon and Willett 11-Year Bourbon casks, then conditioned on a blend of locally roasted coffee beans sourced from Indonesia, Brazil, and Kenya. Expect complex and evolving notes of dark chocolate-covered espresso beans, caramel, tobacco, and oak accompanied by substantial barrel spirit character.
