We wanted something Cinnamon-y to do for Christmas both at Beer Flag and at Gulating.This was what we came up with.Something between a cinnamon bun and pepperkake.Loads of cinnamon, vanilla, some milk sugar, some brown sugar, a wild list of dark malts, oats, wheat, it has got everything this beer.Perfect on it's own or paired with that gingerbread house you are destroying with a hammer, you monster, somebody lives there!!!
