Apricot Pale Sour Ale with Phantasm Finished in a Cognac BarrelBottle Release 10/27/23 (2023 Wood/Founders Club Exclusive)We selected one of our favorite barrels of pale sour bases for additional aging in a French Cognac barrel. The rich raisin-like richness from the barrel is a perfect foil for the snappiness of fresh apricots from Toigo Orchard (Shippensburg, PA).
