Meyer Lemon Gose

This German-style wheat ale was brewed with malted wheat, acidulated malt, coriander, and Meyer lemon—with juice added to the boil and fresh peel added during conditioning. A hint of salt was included to emulate the water from the Goslar region, where this style originated. Refreshingly tart, with a touch of salinity to complement notes of citrus and wheat.
