Single hop pale ale using Simcoe hops. Grown in the ‘hop belt’ of America’s Northwest by Select Botanicals Group, Palisade is an aroma hop known for its high yield and its unique aroma profile. Described as Fruity, Earthy, Piney, and Dank with notes of passionfruit and berries. The extremely low Cohumulone levels in Simcoe contribute to the soft, smooth, approachable bitterness found here.
