Stone fruit from our native microflora augmented with fruity grape and apple notes before a dry, tannic finish.A blend of spontaneously fermented beers aged for a minimum of one year, finished on red grapes grown by our friends from The Veggie Patch market garden.The Nàdar series of adjunct spontaneous beers, which takes its name from the gaelic word for 'nature', will allow us to explore the impact of fruit and hops on our native microflora’s unique peach and apricot flavour profile.
