Hazy Pale Ale (V4)

Now in it's 4th version, this hazy is a bit of a tip of the lid to an iconic Australian beer though in a very different guise!Victorian grown Signature Ale Malt and Tasmanian grown Galaxy hops are the heroes here. Deep opaque burnt orange in color and tight foam lay the foundations for the clean Citrus and Passionfruit Galaxy hop nose to sing loud and proud.
