La Gaina è la prima IPA prodotta dal Birrificio Lambate. Si caratterizza per l'utilizzo massiccio di luppoli americani soprattutto in dry-hopping, i quali la caratterizzano per gli esuberanti e freschi profumi agrumati tipici di questo stile americano.Detto lombardo che definisce gli ubriaconi per la loro andatura oscillante ed incerta simile a quella delle galline.***Gaina was the first IPA brewed by Birrificio Lambate. It is characterised by the large amount of hops used, especially through dry-hopping.
