Barrel Aged Hyperion (Green Wax)

This Imperial Stout was aged 14 months in both Blanton's and EH Taylor barrels. Then, we aged the beer on Almonds, Haitian Cacao, Toasted Coconut, and Ghost Bear Coffee from Mostra. The combination provides layers of dark chocolate, sweet nutty coconut, and light espresso.
