Collaboration Blend: Casey/Glenwood Canyon Brewpub (1/9/20)

The guys over at Glenwood Canyon reached out to us to see if we wanted to collab on a Belgian Wit. We were like, sure? I've only ever made Blue Moon, which we all know is a great example of the style, not Americanized at all. But we went with it, being that one of my favorite sour beers when I first started drinking them was Oro de Calabaza from Jolly Pumpkin. We used our house sour culture alongside the traditional wit yeast. We brewed the base wort with orange peel and coriander. I'm pumped on this, and the irony is that it doesn't even have the back sticker, the tramp stamp that most of our bottles have, which I got from JP.
