Summer 2025. Tree of Life is an American Barleywine Ale crafted from a blend of fresh and aged Tree of Life, the latter aged for over two years in select bourbon barrels. Its evolving flavor profile is the result of a complex grain bill featuring pale, chocolate, and caramel malts, all of which are balanced by traditional American bittering hops. This patient and cohesive beer balances a chewy body with a faint hint of earthy hops.
