Cuckoo Bier

Inspired by the comforting flavours of one of our favourite sweet treats, Black Forrest Gateau.Cuckoo Bier was brewed a variety of sweeter roasted malts, cacao and milk sugar along with being hopped with Bramling Cross before being blended with 80L of dark cherry puree.The result is a moderately sweet stout with pleasing notes of dark chocolate, tart boozy cherries and a creamy texture.No artificial flavourings/ extracts are used in this beer!
