Happy Birthday Ophiussa! Customers, resellers, importers, distributors, suppliers and fellow brewers… thank you all! It means a lot to us to be able to count on you at our side in this epic journey! For this third anniversary we have prepared a very special gift for all of you. Emergence is an Imperial Stout that was aged for 12 months in Plantation rum barrels. After this aging period we blended it with fresh Stout to achieve a balanced and smooth profile and then we conditioned it in ridiculous amounts of cocoa nibs from Ghana, pecan nuts from Georgia and Tahitian vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea! We are impressed with the result and think it is the best gift we could ask for!
