A dog day kind of beer — Brewed with 62% malted wheat and 38% Pilsner malt, step mashed to several rest points, and hopped lightly with Hersbrucker and Motueka during the boil. Fermented in a CCV with WLP013 and cold conditioned at 0 degrees C for nearly 3 weeks.Tasting Notes - soft and cleansing with delicate tones of pear and banana.
