D:8 is our contemporary take on the Brown Ale style. Expect a biscuity toasty malt profile and lots of body from a high usage of malted oats and wheat (yes, it’s hazy!) For hopping, we used the German variety, Mandarina Bavaria, to give subtle notes of tangerine and citrus.
