Barrel Aged Space Cuvée started with an overnight triple mash boil before being aged in a singular Weller barrel for 34 months. Following its time in oak, we added a cuvée of vanillas, all with unique origins grown in a total of 30 different parts of the world. Along with this magical mix of vanilla, we also added vanilla granola and caramel toasted coconut to round things out.
