An American style Pale Ale brewed with British Maris Otter and Munich Malt. Only one hop is used in this brew which is Pacifica from New Zealand. This hop brings something of a blend of new and old world taste descriptions to the brewers forum. Orange marmalade aptly describes the citrus aroma notes achieved through late additions, while bittering quality nets a soft yet solid finish even in highly bittered beers. This is a one batch brew limited to bottles.
