Sawmill X Verdant Hazy IPA

A collaboration of global proportions - UK based Verdant Brewery and Sawmill team up for a New Zealand hopped Hazy IPA with Verdant's signature hazy yeast. For this beer with Cornwall based Verdant Brewery we chose classic Kiwi hops - big additions of Nelson Sauvin, mojito-like Motueka, tropical Moutere and a smooth bitterness from the piney Waimea. Then we applied the Verdant-way-of-doing-things including using their renowned yeast - a highly versatile strain with more body than typical IPA yeasts. The best of both worlds in this super juicy Hazy IPA.
