Our first IPA using new hopping techniques along with a special yeast called Cosmic Punch designed to unlock grapefruit, guava and tropical notes from bound thiols in the hops and yeast. Galaxy and Nelson hops add just enough earthy and stone fruit character to balance the flavor and make this IPA our beer of the summer!
