We let a Belgian Triple Yeast have fun with a grain bill composed of pilsner malt, malted oats, roasted wheat malt, melanoidin malt, smoked malt and cara malt. The result is a strong yet refreshing and complex ale with a great nose contributed by the yeast. Our little special beer for the mild summer in Braunschweig at the moment.
