Fuego is an American Lager inspired by honey jalapeno cornbread! Brewed with flaked corn, native honey, and fresh jalapenos, then lagered for 7 weeks post fermentation. Awesome aroma and flavor of ripe jalapenos followed by a subtle honey-corn sweetness, and finishing with a soft, mild warming sensation at the end.
