Dear Massimo Bottura,We’ve brewed a beer for you.For most chefs, dropping a dish is a disaster. However, you turned an accident into an iconic dessert. Your open-minded approach hugely inspires us, so in return we recreated the flavours of ‘Oops! I Dropped the Lemon Tart’ in a beer.A dry hopped imperial saison is the base upon which a blend of barrel aged beers add layers of vanilla and spicy biscuit flavours.
