Bière De Garde - Aged in Whiskey Barrels (1/13/21)

This single barrel blend has been resting in bottles for almost eight months now. We took a mature barrel of Biere de Garde and added it to the freshly dumped Marble whiskey barrel. After months of further aging and development, we knew it was ready. It has medium acidity and character from the barrel that blends great with the slight roast of the Biere de Garde.
