Mallow Gold is what you get when you merge 5 pounds per barrel of marshmallows alongside 5 pounds per barrel of Citra hops. What comes out is a massively aromatic IPA with huge notes of fresh orange zest and sweet marmalade that nonsensically work in perfect harmony with the powdery soft, and moderately sweet confections. Since the marshmallows are boiled instead of toasted over a fire, we used a deliciously kilned base malt that perfectly mimics the roasty toasty blistered flesh of marshmallows resting above a bonfire. Vanilla beans help bridge the flavor of malt and oats to marshmallows and hops to create this bizarre synergy of flavors. Mallow Gold takes the flavor combination of orange and cream to version 2.0, with no fruit, just the best Citra hops we could find, and the maximum weight of marshmallows we were allowed to buy from our online restaurant supply company.Hops: Citra
