In a dark place we find ourselves, and a little more knowledge lights our way. We aged our strong Scottish Ale in Canadian Whisky barrels for months and the result is a delicious balance of force and flavours - butterscotch, caramel apples and oaken leather.The "Naughty" sticker version was lagered cold for 8 months in Bourbon barrels and later rested on a blend of freshly ground mulling spices (cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, nutmeg, and cardamom pods), ginger, orange, chocolate, and Mexican vanilla.
