After our previous beer Kaapse Kipper, we teamed up again with Kaapse Brouwers, this time brewing in the vessels of De Kromme Haring. This time we decided on another ode to a classic beer(style): the Steam beer of the sadly closed Anchor Brewing in San FranciscoThe Kaap of Good Herring is a an amber-coloured beer with a pronounced bitter character and a rich male base. It is complemented by the fruity character (lime, berries) of the Galena and Idaho7 hops.
