WILD returns but with a difference - this batch is barrel-aged. WILD is exactly that, a 100% wild ale fermented with nothing but the wild yeast and microbes inhabiting the night air of our garden. We brewed and then aged a batch of this beer in an ex-Central Otago wine barrel for 18 months at Craftwork Brewery. WILD displays all the things we love to find in a beer. It has a vibrant stonefruit-forward Brett character. The funk is both balanced and enhanced by a soft lemony acidity and the vinous oaky tannins from the barrel.
