The Oregon legends at The Ale Apothecary created a small beer that's big on flavor thanks to their hand-crafted techniques and incredible attention to detail. Once Mr. Cozy was fermented and aged in oak barrels, they bottle conditioned it with local honey.The result is a sparkling effervescence that delivers bright nuances of lemon zest and underripe apricot.
