Chardonnay Grape Skin-Contact Marylandbic AleBottle Release 6/7/25 - $18/500mL BottleWe brew our Marylandbics with raw wheat, aged hops, and a traditional turbid mash. After 18 months in a single Chardonnay wine barrel with our wild culture, we transferred this one onto 300 lbs or Maryland-grown Chardonnay wine grapes. After six months of skin-contact it is tart and earthy, with a vinous balance and tropical notes.
