Simcoe Dry Hopped Amber

Brewed for the cooler months, our American Amber is a winter session beer. The Manderina late hop brings in some light citrus notes, and for this batch we dry hopped it with some Simcoe. This time around the beer has a more prominent tropical/stone fruit character, but we've kept it all in balance for maximum sessionability.
