Phantasm is Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape must that, when added during fermentation, produces thiols or compounds that have very tropical tasting notes. Layered on top of that is a 5.5 lb per bbl combo of Galaxy and hand selected Citra hops. This is fruity, hazy, and definitely something worth trying.
