Barrel #34: Second Blend

The second blend that we pulled out of the black currant mead barrel we received from our friends at Standard Meadery. The blend that went into the barrel included unnamed oak-aged blonde saisons with blueberries as well as a portion of Saison Meer: Gin Barrel Aged. Blueberries up front with some faint herbal and citrus notes, finishing with a touch of honey and some earthiness from the black currants.
