This is one of six releases of barrelaged Imperial Stout. One brew, splitinto six different casks and left todevelop and absorb the character andflavour embedded in the wood. Thisone has been resting in a Bourbonbarrel. The whisky was sweet withvanilla and oak and a touch of cacao.It will develop over time but this isexcellent to drink right now.
