Also called “Heller Bock” (meaning “Pale Bock”), this German-style lager is traditionally paler in color and more hop-centric than other Bock beers. This version of lager is stronger than most. Sloop’s interpretation of this traditional German brew clocks in at 7.8% ABV but drinks easy; perfect for the fall weather.
