Getting sick of the black raspberry blends yet? Of course not! Here's a blend with Saison at a rate of about 1.5 pounds of black raspberry per gallon. Amazing aromas of raspberry jam and a medium acidity with no tannins like some of the other blends have had. Super drinkable but even at this fruiting level, the fruit dominates.
