city'super x Deadman Amburana Wood Aged Apple Wine (Alc. 8%)An apple wine crafted using Japanese Ohrin Apples and Jonagold Apples from Aomori Prefecture in Japan. The unique Amburana wood is used during the ageing process, while fermentation is done using French Saison yeast and Champagne yeast to create a super dry mouthfeel and complex fruitiness with notes of spice. Apart from its exquisite apple fragrance, the apple wine has delicious notes of pear, banana, light spice, cinnamon and woody. A perfect pairing with cold cuts.
