Our Heller Bock Khimaira, made using an experimental variety from Yakima Chief Hops.Deep, burnished gold, with a white foam head.Loads of pineapple aroma, with a big myrcene character.Juicy tropical fruit and toasty malt; well balanced, with a discernable alcohol presence.Medium-bodied, rounded, and a snap of bitterness.
