Our Sturmtrooper special release is a lively summer drinking cider that blasts fruit flavor and complexity.It is made from 22 apple varieties in total - a mix of aromatic table apples, French and English cider apples, and our old favourite the heritage Sturmer Pippin apple.Individual wild and champagne yeast ferments have been selected and blended with fresh Sturmer juice to maximize complexity.The Sturmer apple contributes intense fresh aroma and a crisp acidity which combines with the cider apple tannins to give great structure.Appearance: Cloudy goldPallet: Full bodied medium sweet with balanced tannin structure.Cider Makers: Jimi Anderson and Tim Jones
