A Silver Cloud

Описание

A Silver Cloud is an unfiltered wild farmhouse Ale. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Backacre Brewing, this beer has been over six years in the making. We created this blend from a combination of four different barrels and their infamous sour golden ale. Our portion of this blend has an acidic, expressive cherry sour wild ale, and blueberry “dregs” puncheon. The blueberry portion features microflora for over 30 different wild and farmhouse breweries from around the world. The result is a tantalizing expression of flavor, acidity, & complexity, combined with a traditional drink ability. Think Vermont sunsets, grey spring mornings, and windy dirt roads.
