You could call this the lovechild of a NEIPA and a regular American pale. Inviting hazy appearance with full, soft body, though brightened up by proper prominent hoppy character. New world, of course....Pale malt makes up the bulk of the grist, to which flaked grains and a handful of light cara contributes.Vegetable-wise this is a single-hopped Mosaic pale. Up front it provides resiny notes with hinting of grapefruit, whearas in the milder back stonefruit pops up.
