Apple Oak Wine

This apple wine is made from hand-picked Dabinett and Michelin apple varieties grown in the lush countryside of County Waterford. A select yeast is added to the fresh juice, to accentuate the astringency and tannic characteristics of the fruit as it ferments. The finished wine is allowed to mature within Burgundy oak casks for 2 years.
