Of the Flowers: Spring Plum

One of the first trees to flower every year, Plums are a beautiful reminder that Spring is about to blossom. We love using these flowers in our Ciders, and for Spring Plum, we rested mounds of plum petals in an aged dry Cider. The result is a pale, hazy Cider, with some earthy funk on the nose, and the palate brings light floral notes, wet earth, and a whisper of plum juiciness. Delicate and beautiful, and a welcome addition to our Cider, please enjoy Spring Plum.
