Do Good Brew x Restaurant Grön - Forest Berries & PineFor the winter 2024 menu of Michelin-awarded Restaurant Grön we created this beautiful saison flavored with Finnish blueberries, lingonberries and pine needles.The beer looks stunning in vibrant red and the berry flavor is matched perfectly with the pine. The resin from the pine needles keeps lingering in your mouth and will create amazing combination with the food it’s paired with.The beer is paired with a dish of gently steamed cod, onion dashi, camomile and rutabaga oroshi.
