High Cut (Blend 2)

High Cut was created to capture the remarkably fresh citrusy character we find in some of our older barrels.High Cut was made from a strong, dry, pale beer, brewed in March 2023. The barrels making up the blend were selected for their juxtaposing character of deep funk and bright citrus acidity, to produce a complex yet elegant beer. The finished blend was dry-hopped with a blend of whole-leaf New Zealand grown hops to enhance this fresh character.Bottled straight from the dry-hop tank to capture as much of the hop as possible, the finished beer then conditioned in bottle for four months before release.
