We use four types of mint, including apple mint from Kajitani Farm in Mihara Hisai, Hiroshima Prefecture, a herb farm that has won three-star chefs all over the country, as well as Japanese peppermint, anise, marigold, catnip, and lemongrass. It has a light taste with various herbal aromas, a slight sweetness, and a crisp freshness.
