A simple grist consisting of Pilsner and Wheat malt, with a sprinkling of Oats. Hopped delicately throughout the boil with East Kent Goldings and Celeia. Primary fermented with an English ale strain and aged in stainless steel for 4 months with a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with Nelson Maui Subzero Hop Kief just before packaging.Vegan.
