Barrel Aged Prometheus (Red Wax)

This Imperial Stout was aged in a Weller Special Reserve barrel for 15 months. Then, we conditioned the beer on white macadamia nuts, Dominican cacao nibs, Marcona almonds, dark grade maple syrup, and beans roasted by Mostra Coffee. The flavors blend together to envelope the senses with creamy charred oak, exotic nuts, sweet maple, and a fresh morning roast.
