Because Taiwan can't grow raspberry, we feel lucky to pair with the U.S. raspberry puree! Its acidity is quite balanced, not too high, and comes with mystic Osmanthus aroma. We used it to create a sour raspberry IPA by dry-hopping four types of U.S. hops. The process enhances the aroma of berry fruits! We also added lactobacillus to the wort, so you can taste another layer of appetizing acidity. The body is light, and the color shows cherry blossom's dark pink. It's definitely a beer for the spring! 奧勒岡覆盆莓果泥的酸度清新怡人，帶有神秘的桂花香氣，我們利用她創作覆盆莓酸啤 IPA，搭配四種美國啤酒花，利用酒花乾投，讓莓果香氣更奔放，麥汁糖化過程中加入的乳酸菌發酵後讓啤酒的酸度更爽口，酒體輕盈，顏色像山櫻花紅艷，非常適合這個春天季節！
