The world of hops is barely recognizable since the debut of our first TIPA back in 2016. With a virtually endless supply of new hop products and varietals at our disposal, we decided it was time to update our annual TIPA to reflect how far lupulin technology has come. We sourced some of our favorite hops and favorite hop products for Doomsday Protocol to saturate this beer with as much hoppy stank as possible. Our first dry hopping is packed with loads of Mosaic Cryo and Simcoe Cryo to introduce intense west coast flavors and aromas right out of the gates, then packed the second dry hop full of our favorites from the northern and southern hemisphere, going heavy with Nelson, Strata, Mosaic, and Enigma. These four hops, when piled on top of all that cryo, produce a blast of hops that stinks to the heavens with notes of ripe passion fruit, strawberry, raspberry sorbet, ruby red grapefruit Riesling grapes, fresh papaya, guava Kerns, gooseberries, lychee gummies, ripe citrus, and blueberries.
